"Brush Up Bridge" Seminar Starts Wednesday, September 13

The BRA Bridge Committee will sponsor a free 10 week seminar called "BRUSH UP BRIDGE."  This is for residents who have played bridge in the past and would like to resume playing.

 

The class is conducted by Dan and Laura Pawlak who are trained by the American Contract Bridge League and use their materials.  Classes will meet on Wednesdays from 1:15 until 3 pm in the Fireplace Room.  The class has 1/2 hour of lecture, 1/2 hour of interaction and 1/2 hour of card play.

Bridge Group Schedule Updates - 8/9/23

Since bridge is such a popular activity with various levels of play, the group's schedule is evolving.  Right now this is what things look like.

  • Duplicate Bridge - As of August 9, duplicate bridge has moved to the York building Community Room on Wednesdays at 1:30 to 4:00 pm.  Contact Sumner Clarren

  • Beginners Rubber Bridge - Wednesdays at 1:30 to 3:00 pm in the Fireplace Room.  Contact Marj Espenschade.

  • Pick-up Rubber Bridge (Intermediate) - Wednesdays at 1:15 pm in the Fireplace Room. Contact Marj Espenschade.
