WHEN: As planned, prior to each scheduled event; requests for A/V support require 30 days notice
DETAILS: Requests for audiovisual support for BRA, events/meetings are made on Broadmead Connect. Go to “Online Requests,” “Calendar / Catering / AV Request - Combination Form.” Many meeting rooms now have ready-to-use audiovisual capabilities.
The Audiovisual Committee consists of residents who are trained to set up and operate various types of equipment used for BRA activities each month
We meet regularly to demonstrate equipment, discuss the latest technology, answer any questions, and make sure our committee is running smoothly.
