DETAILS: Requests for audiovisual support for BRA, events/meetings are made on Caremerge. Go to “Online Requests,” “Calendar / Catering / AV Request - Combination Form.” Many meeting rooms now have ready-to-use audiovisual capabilities.
The Audiovisual Committee consists of residents who are trained to set up and operate various types of equipment used for BRA activities each month and for memorial services, as needed.
We meet regularly to demonstrate equipment, discuss the latest technology, answer any questions, and make sure our committee is running smoothly. We also provide ongoing cross-training and assistance within the committee.
